We are continuing to run our activities and support services remotely. Our online activities include yoga, arts & crafts, support groups and cooking club. We are also providing group support via WhatsApp. For our updated timetable please see below.
Services enable mums to gain support and understanding within a safe and confidential environment. We provide:

Guidance
Emotional Support
Workshops
Social Activities
Referrals and signposting to other organisations.
Women can meet other mums in a similar situation and gain skills through activities and workshops as well as enjoy the company of other mums through social events including family days with their children. We run a timetable of activities:
Mondays: 10am Zoom Yoga
Tuesdays: 10am-1pm WhatsApp Arts & Crafts and ESOL 12-1pm
Wednesdays: 2pm Zoom Support Group
Thursdays: 12noon Cooking Club and Mindfulness 1.45-2.45pm
9am-9pm WhatsApp groups run for general support and further discussion on yoga, arts & crafts, ESOL, cooking ideas and emotional support.

Events are usually run during school hours and we run activities with mums and children during half term, the Summer holidays and over Easter.
We offer support in Hindi, Punjabi, Urdu and Bengali.
